Refund policy

Changed your mind? Start your return at account.ravenjames.co.uk within 14 days of your order arriving. Sign in with your email address, choose what’s going back, and we’ll email you where to send it.

Pieces need to come back unworn and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons we can’t accept earrings back unless they’re faulty.

If you’ve bought a set, the full set needs to come back to us. We can’t refund part of a set.

Return postage is at your own expense unless your piece is faulty.

If something’s arrived faulty, email returns@ravenjames.co.uk and we’ll sort it.

 

Gift With Purchase (GWP) available while stocks last; one per order. If you return items and what you keep falls below the qualifying spend, please return the gift unused and in its original packaging. If the gift isn’t returned, we’ll deduct its retail value from your refund. Raven James reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time.
