Refund policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, please email returns@ravenjames.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Items returned for a refund must be in brand new, unworn condition with all of the original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we regret that we cannot accept returns of earrings, unless faulty.

Unless an item is faulty, Royal Mail return postage is at the customer’s expense.

 

Gift With Purchase (GWP) available while stocks last; one per order. If you return items and what you keep falls below the qualifying spend, please return the gift unused and in its original packaging. If the gift isn't returned, we'll deduct its retail value from your refund. Raven James reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time.
