*We aim to deliver your items as quickly as possible, but please be aware that shipping timeframes are still being impacted by Covid-19 and orders may face delays due to circumstances out of our control. During our launch period, these timelines may also be affected due to unseen demand – but please be rest assured that we are doing everything we can to get your orders to you as soon as possible.
Please note, we do not prepay international shipping charges. Customers are responsible for paying the relevant import taxes and duties when an order reaches its destination country. From time to time, orders may be delayed in customs. This is sadly beyond our control and we do our best to make sure everything arrives with you in time.

RETURNS
If you are not happy with your purchase, please email returns@ravenjames.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order. Items returned for a refund must be in brand new, unworn condition with all of the original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we regret that we cannot accept returns of earrings, unless faulty.

MATERIALS & CARE
Our designs are crafted from 100% recycled sterling silver or brass, recycled 18ct gold vermeil and man-made stones. They are made to last, but if you want to get the most out of your everyday treasures, we recommend that you remove them to swim, gym or shower. Avoid contact with lotions, potions and perfumes. Store your jewellery separately in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. You can use a soft cloth to gently polish them if desired, but we do not recommend using any chemical-based or abrasive cleaning cloths.
SUSTAINABILITY
We aim to manufacture our jewellery in as sustainable a way as possible, using recycled and recyclable materials for both our jewellery and packaging. All of our jewellery is handcrafted by skilled artisans in Jaipur, using only workshops that are approved by the Responsible Jewellery Council. You can read more about their values and requirements here.
PACKAGING & RECYCLING
We’ve chosen to ship all of our jewellery in a minimal way. Our packaging is also 100% plastic-free and made from recycled and recyclable materials where possible. All of our boxes, tissue, cards and shipping bags can be recycled in your household paper recycling. Please remove the loose, cotton-wrapped fitment on the inside of the jewellery box first. This is made from natural cotton and is biodegradable, so you can dispose of it in your household waste. Our natural, unbleached cotton pouches are reusable and the perfect place to store your new treasure.
